Risk Management
Decide with information before risk becomes an incident
We integrate physical, technological and human risks into a single view for leadership.
Risk doesn't distinguish between physical and digital. A badge left on a desk, a door held open out of courtesy or a call asking for “an urgent favor” can be the start of a technology incident. That's why we work with a common matrix that leadership can understand and oversee.

What is security risk management?
It is the continuous process of identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, treating and monitoring the risks that can affect people, facilities, information, technology and processes, in order to make informed decisions.
What is the difference between physical risk and digital risk?
Physical risk affects facilities, assets and people in the material world; digital risk affects systems and data. In practice they are connected: unauthorized physical access can end in information theft, and a digital intrusion can open a door or switch off a camera.
Who should own the risks?
Leadership is responsible for defining risk appetite and overseeing; each relevant risk should have a business owner with the authority to treat it.
